We’ve all heard about the mental, physical, and spiritual benefits of yoga. Maybe you’ve tried various yoga DVDs or even gone to a few classes and wondered what all of the buzz is about. But you must truly commit to a daily practice of yoga in order to reap all of the extraordinary benefits.
Yoga can appear somewhat intimidating in the beginning. Many people are discouraged from even trying because they think they aren’t flexible enough or perhaps they are uncomfortable with the idea of attending a class. Personally, I enjoy practicing alone. This is a matter of personal preference and I encourage you to find what works best for you.
If you are a beginner or someone who has never tried yoga before, I am challenging you to try 30 days of yoga with my favorite online yogi, Adriene. In this 30 day practice, Adriene does an amazing job of making yoga seem more approachable and beginner-friendly.
So let’s get started today!
